Shopping with Yontent is easy.
1. Visit yontent.com or the Yontent mobile app.
2. To add items to your cart, click on ‘Add to Cart’ with your desired quantity.
3. To review your items, click on the ‘Cart’ icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
4. If you have an applicable coupon code, enter it and click on ‘Apply Coupon’. Changes will be updated once you have successfully entered the code. When you’re ready to place your order:
5. Click on ‘Secure Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for review.
6. Fill in your Billing Address, preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option, then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
Yontent accepts payments in Hong Kong Dollar (HK$) & Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR) only. We are supported by Stripe, the leading payment gateway. Stripe provides extensive payment options, such as Visa/Master, American Express, and Paypal.

Once you have completed the form, please email it to us at info@yontent.com If you have questions, please contact us at +852 5427 8104 . We will contact you once your request is confirmed, and then refund to you within 7 -14 working days.
To be eligible for a return,
Item must be in its original purchase condition
Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
Shipping cost associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Yontent.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If all the requirements mentioned are met, your refunds will be in a form of a Yontent credit voucher to be used on your next online purchase.
We are unable to offer exchanges, but we are glad to assist you in returning your order and completing a new order for the new item(s) you want.
